No. DuneQuote uses standard WhatsApp share links, so it works with your normal or Business WhatsApp app. Nothing to set up and no Meta approval needed.

No. They open a link, see a clean quote, and tap Accept.

Yes. If you're VAT-registered, quotes and invoices add 5% VAT, show your TRN and are titled “Tax Invoice / فاتورة ضريبية”. Not registered? Untick “I'm VAT-registered” in Settings: no VAT is added and your quotes and invoices say “Supplier not registered for VAT”.

Yes. Quotes, tax invoices, credit notes and PDFs show English + Arabic labels by default. Your own text stays as you type it. You can switch to English only in Settings.

You choose. By default you enter prices before VAT and, if you're VAT-registered, DuneQuote adds 5% on top: AED 1,000.00 + AED 50.00 VAT = AED 1,050.00. If your prices already include VAT, tick “My prices include VAT” on the quote, or make it your default in Settings: you type AED 1,050.00 and the quote shows AED 1,000.00 + AED 50.00 VAT = AED 1,050.00. Invoices and credit notes made from that quote keep the same setting.

Yes. Every quote you create is saved in your account with its own number, and you see when your client has opened, accepted or declined it. You can edit a quote until your client answers. Free includes 5 quotes a month; Pro, First 50 and Pro+ are unlimited.

Quotes are in AED, with 5% UAE VAT if you're registered, or without VAT if you're not.

On any quote your client hasn't answered yet, from 20 hours after you create it until the day-10 reminder, you can tap “Send a follow-up now”: WhatsApp opens with the message ready, you just press send. This is on every plan. With Pro, First 50 and Pro+, DuneQuote also emails you on day 2, 5 and 10 with that follow-up ready, and if you added your client's email, emails them a short reminder with the quote link. These reminders go out with our daily run at 10:00 (Dubai time), once 2, 5 and 10 days have passed since you created the quote, and stop as soon as the client accepts or declines. DuneQuote never sends WhatsApp messages for you. With Pro+, for unpaid invoices we email your client a payment reminder on the due date and 3 days later (if you added their email), and you can send a WhatsApp payment reminder from the invoice.

Free gives you 5 quotes a month and the one-tap WhatsApp follow-up; your client pages show “Made with DuneQuote”. Pro (AED 29/month) adds unlimited quotes, automatic reminders on day 2, 5 and 10, and removes “Made with DuneQuote” from your client pages and link previews. Pro+ (AED 49/month) adds everything you need to get paid: e-signature acceptance, UAE tax invoices with your TRN in English + Arabic, payment reminders (an email to your client, or a WhatsApp you send), credit notes, your logo on documents and PDF sharing.

It's the Pro plan (not Pro+) at AED 99 a year, VAT included, for our first 50 paying customers. Regular Pro is AED 29 a month. Your subscription renews automatically every year at AED 99 (VAT included) until you cancel. The price stays locked while your subscription stays active (or if you resubscribe within 30 days). If you cancel, you keep the AED 99 price if you subscribe again within 30 days of the end of your last paid period. After those 30 days, the offer is lost. Moving to Pro+ means paying the regular Pro+ price (AED 49 a month, VAT included) and ends your First 50 price. You can switch back to it within 30 days of moving; after that, it's lost.

Yes. Upgrade from the Plans page in the app. Everything you already created stays available on every plan.

Yes. Paid plans renew automatically (every month, or every year for the First 50 customers offer) until you cancel. Cancel in Manage billing in the app, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
